I have off from work today and it couldn't be more beautiful outside. I rode my bike to the post office to mail some letters and then to the beach. It's a good thing there is sidewalks everywhere it makes me feel much safer since my eyes are not so great, though wearing my polarized sunglasses does help a bit. After my bike ride I came home and did some yoga, it really relaxes me while energizing me at the same time. What an amazing past time. I sat on the balcony and ate my lunch: a tuna fish sandwich and pears. Very tasty, and nutritious!
This week is group week in my nutrition class, which is kind of fun. I really have to get to work on my final draft, I do not want to wait until the last minute to get it done and be worrying like crazy over it.
It's starting to get a bit cold out I think I may sit inside and do my reading.
This is a fountain near my house, it doesn't have any water in it yet. Look how blue the sky is!
Hey Carrie,
ReplyDeleteI love the Namaste picture! I agree, "The Light In Me Reflects The Light In You." You know I get some very odd looks from people because I am a christian, but I have such a diverse group of friends with different beliefs. One friend is a buddest (think I spelt that correctly), one is of Native American belief, and friends of other beliefs, but we all agree on one thing. Love and support of each other. I love your pictures! The fountain is beautiful, and your place looks really nice. I love how you write about riding your bike to the post office. The town in SE TN., Niota where I grew up, you could ride your bike all over town and still can. Everyone knows everyone kinda' like Mayberry, lol! It's a great little town between Knoxville and Chattanooga. Hey if you would, please go to my blog and click on the link Praying For Joshua, he is a little boy with stage four liver cancer that I have been requesting prayer, meditation, thoughts for. Thanks!
